Discover the magic of Marrakech and explore all the highlights of this mystical city as well as its surrounding destinations. Get ready to watch men enchant snakes whilst getting tattooed with henna.

The 15-day tour begins in Marrakech, one of the great cities of the Maghreb and founded almost a thousand years ago. Situated on the edge of the Sahara Desert, this bustling city is full to the bream of street entertainment, shopping and local living. Famed for its pink pise palaces and framed by the snow-capped mountains of the High Atlas, the souks and street entertainment of Marrakech are renowned all over the world. Be prepared to be amazed by snake charmers, scrubbed down in the local hammams and absorbed by the healthy mixture of European, African and Middle Eastern culture.

Prior to heading south, travellers will enjoy some of the sights which makes Morocco so unique. Our expert guides will lead tourists as they visit the fortified village of Ait Ben Haddou famed for being the backdrop to movies such as Gladiator and Laurence of Arabia, Game of Throne. Tours will also be taken to visit the Atlas film studios, the Berber villages of the south as well as the chance to ride camels across the rolling dunes of Erg Chebbi, this truly is a journey of all senses.

Escaping the bustle of Marrakech, camel ride is the perfect addition to this trip. During the camel ride travellers will be given the chance to watch the sunset at Erg Chebbi. Erg Chebbi is one of Morocco’s several ergs. An erg is a large sea of dunes formed by wind-blown sand. In places the dunes of Erg Chebbi rise up to 150 meters from the surrounding hamada (rocky desert).
